Is there any problem to use the sports person names in the websites?
For example cricketers names and scores scored by them and all the details of the last matches played by them. And can we use palyer names for non commerical usage like online games for just fun and entertainment?
If required to publish the details like this and using there names in online games, what permissions have to take. If it possible what is the rules and regulations, I have to follow.

yes it's belong to crime in us based server & also some country have this law..
for spamming these type yours website will banned & you can be charged for that...
or may be the person whom you make your name they can ask for claim..
that is more better you can use the similar name like E.A sport games used..
or see the law of that particular country laws..
but be confirm you are not doing any thing illegal... because that makes you in trouble...
