Dear Sir,

I want to alleged and inform you about the dishonest act of a Company Secretary of making me the Director of Pvt. Ltd. Company in May 2008, without my consent, permission or my knowledge.

For this he might have deposited some forged documents or false resolution to the Registrar of companies (M.P) & Ministry of Corporate affairs without my knowledge & consent.

Also I am afraid that he might have forged & used my digital signatures for this.
Notably, I was the director of this company in the past and have resigned from this post in year 2007 only, But, thereafter I have never shown my interest to become the part of this company as an director or employee.
So, The CS might be having my personal data along with my Director’s Ids and signatures, which he might have not destroyed and have not even surrendered them to me.


The other current director of the company Mr. Director-1 had also denied of giving any authorization to Mr. Company Secretary for this appointment and also denied from participating in any general meeting regarding this appointment of mine & said that Company Secretary along with other director Mr. Director-2 of Pvt. Ltd. had conspired this whole corrupt event for their own personal gains, & also said that they both have cheated the company by fraudly & unreasonably withdrawing a hefty amount from the company Bank account.

Mr. Director-1 had also not differed on the fact of his digital signatures being misused by this CS for this crime without his consent.

Now as I am going to put up my case before the honorable court to file complaint against this company secretary for misusing/forging the data, breach of trust, sending the false information to Registrar of companies and ministry of corporate affairs from his end, & Misuse of digital Signatures.


I want to ask you about the various sections under IT acts and cyber crime law acts, which fill be applied to my case.

Also, Please add up with the knowledge about the decided cases by the honorable Madhya Pradesh high court in the related matters of cyber crimes like this.
